The Truist Foundation Fellowship, in collaboration with the Watson Institute, offers a fully-funded program focused on venture and leadership development for entrepreneurs, business owners, and nonprofit leaders. Details About Truist Foundation Fellowship 2025

  • Program Location: Virtual
  • Fellowship Dates: 8th to June 12th, 2025
  • Duration: 16 Weeks

Overview of the Program

  • Weekly Virtual Workshops: Tuesdays-Thursdays, 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM ET.
  • In-Person Immersive: 1-day intensive in Atlanta, GA on February 8th, 2025 (10 AM – 5 PM ET).
  • Basecamps: 1-3 day Impact Workshops led by each Fellow in their community. These workshops showcase Fellow ventures, provide feedback, and foster community engagement.
  • Community Development Stipend: Supports community-led initiatives like workshops, networking events, and collaborative projects.
  • In-Person Summit: Culminating pitch and networking event in Atlanta, GA on June 12th at 6 PM ET.

Who Can Apply for this Fellowship?

The Fellowship is open to:

  • A social entrepreneur with 1-5 years of experience.
  • Dedicated to creating jobs and fostering economic growth in underserved and underbanked communities.
  • Possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset.

Venture Stage

This Fellowship is designed for impact-driven entrepreneurs who have successfully developed and launched their products, generated revenue and demonstrated significant traction in their communities. You are at a crucial stage of growth – beyond prototyping but not yet ready for large-scale expansion.

Commitment

This 16-week program requires a full commitment, including participation in a 1-day in-person Immersive. We prioritize individuals who are eager to actively engage in all aspects of the program, contributing to a strong sense of community. Your enthusiasm and willingness to both learn and share are crucial for the program’s success.
