Eligibility Criteria

  • The supervisor must agree to host the applicants. Supervisor permission required.
  • Applicants must have a Comparable Master’s degree (or expected).
  • Age 35 or under at enrollment.
  • Strong academic record from reputable universities.
  • Relevant research intention, knowledge, and skills.
  • High English proficiency.

Requirements of Completion

  • Research Publication: At least one paper in a high-level peer-reviewed journal by the final defense; significant research achievements may substitute in special cases.
