An international fellowship open to all nationals, the Eisenhower Global Program 2025 is a six-week program designed to develop leadership skills and strategic thinking in mid-career professionals. It will take place in the United States in the spring of 2025 and will bring together individuals from all over the 50 mid-career leaders from various fields are chosen as International Eisenhower Fellows.

By interacting with leaders from many fields and cultures, participants will broaden their perspective on the world. Eisenhower Fellowships cultivate world-changing leaders for a better society. Fellows will use the vast EF network to propel global change, develop long-lasting relationships with American peers, and produce meaningful initiatives during their fellowship. Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Open to all countries.
• Age: Typically between 32 and 45 years old at the time of the fellowship.
• Language: Highly proficient in English.
• Maturity: Demonstrated ability to take advantage of the fellowship and represent Eisenhower Fellowships.
• Potential: Proven leadership and a strong potential for future impact.
• Global Citizenship: Preference given to candidates from countries where Eisenhower Fellowships are active.

Motivation Note: “I was also selected for a fully funded US Exchange program back in 2017. It was a SUSI leadership program. I was a student with a GPA of 2.02/4. But still, they selected me based on my leadership skills, thinking, and Ideas. So, the point is GPA doesn’t matter.
