Eligibility Criteria for ADB Scholarship in Japan at Kyoto University 2024

  • Agree to return to your home country after completing the program, with the intention of applying the knowledge and skills gained to contribute to the development of your home country.
    • Have at least two (2) years of full-time professional working experience, acquired after completing a university degree, at the time of application.
    • Be a national of one of the ADB member countries listed above.
    • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with a superior academic record.
    • Be no more than 35 years old at the time of application (except for senior officials and managers, who may be up to 45 years old in exceptional cases).
