This fully sponsored internship program is hosted by the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (OIST) and covers all associated fees.

The internship lasts for 10 to 12 weeks on average, with a maximum duration of 6 months. Extensions are not permitted. International students are encouraged to apply to this program in order to get useful experience in Japan.Undergraduate and graduate students can apply for internships as research interns at the OIST Graduate School in a variety of subjects. Through this program, students can work under the supervision of an OIST professor while gaining experience and learning particular methodologies.
