Eligibility Criteria

• The Scholarship is open to all Nationals.
• Must have a recognized Bachelor’s degree.
• GPA of 2.5/4.0 or higher (or equivalent).
• English Language Proficiency:
  • IELTS score of 6+ OR
  • TOEFL score of 70+ OR
  • Duolingo score of 105+ (
  • Duolingo is the new english language test, which is much cheaper than IELTS and can be taken from home online, accepted by more than 2000+ institutes.)
  • Waived for KFUPM graduates and graduates from English-speaking countries (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand)
• Two recommendation letters
• Non-refundable processing fee of SAR 100 + VAT
• Statement of Purpose (a one-page essay detailing career and research goals).
