Applications are now open for the CrossCulture Program (CCP) 2026 in Germany — a fully funded exchange opportunity designed for professionals and volunteers. Each year, around 55–60 participants from 40 different countries are selected to foster intercultural understanding and collaboration. Through this fellowship, participants enhance their professional skills, expand their networks, and strengthen their ability to communicate and work effectively across cultures. Supported by the German Federal Foreign Office, the CCP is a leading initiative that promotes long-term civil society partnerships between Germany and its partner countries. The CCP is limited to participants from these 40 countries:

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be 23 years old at the time of application.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • The participant must have at least two years of professional experience or volunteer work in a civil society organization in the country of origin, which can be proved.

The CCP Fellowship will be awarded to people working in one of the following fields:

  • Policy and society
  • Media and Culture
  • Human rights and peace
  • Sustainable development and climate justice
