Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates from around the world are eligible.
• For Public Officials:
  • You should have at least 3 years of work experience at a relevant institution.
  • A Master’s or PhD degree is preferred.
• For Academicians and Researchers:
  • You must be employed at a university or research center.
  • A Master’s or PhD degree is preferred.
• You must be under the age of 40.
• You need to have English proficiency.
• You must not be currently residing in Türkiye.
• You must not have previously benefited from or currently be receiving other Türkiye Scholarships programs.
