The Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam is holding a Young Leaders Program 2024 from October 15–16, 2024, in Ha Long, Vietnam, as part of the South China Sea International Conference. Eligibility Criteria

• People aged between 18 and 35 (at the start of the program)
• Candidates must be able to use English fluently
• Background knowledge in political science, international relations, international law, and other social sciences.
• A total of eight Young Leaders will be chosen.
